Refund Policy

Adaptation date: 31 October 2026. Status: draft. This page adapts the refund section of the KP CAD Viewer terms draft for Kiviki Group and KP CAD Viewer Pro. It is not a promise a customer can enforce. Purchases are not open on this website yet.

The same proposed wording appears in section 9 of the Terms of Service. If the two ever differ, neither is effective until counsel issues one approved text.

1. What this draft covers

One paid offer is described in the terms draft: a perpetual single-seat license for KP CAD Viewer Pro at 49 United States dollars (USD 49). This refund draft applies to that offer only.

Professional, Enterprise, and Educational / non-profit tiers from an earlier draft are not offered. They are removed pending review. This page does not state a separate refund rule for them.

HRNexus pricing and refunds are not covered here. HRNexus prices, if any, are on hrnexus.kivikigroup.com/pricing.

2. 14-day money-back period

Proposed wording from the earlier terms draft:

• 14-day money-back period, counted from the date of purchase.
• A refund would be issued to the original payment method.
• The request must be sent by email with proof of purchase.

Send the request to [email protected]. Include enough information to find the order (for example the receipt the payment processor sent). This draft does not set a time by which Kiviki Group must answer.

3. When a refund may be refused

Proposed wording. A refund may be refused if:

• The license key has been activated on more machines than the license allows. Under the current draft, the only paid license allows one machine.
• The request is made after 14 days from the date of purchase.
• The customer has violated the Terms of Service, once those terms are actually in effect.

4. Payment path

Checkout is not connected. The Buy control on the KP CAD Viewer Pro page is a placeholder marked TODO.

When a payment path exists, this draft assumes refunds are handled with our payment processor (e.g. Lemon Squeezy), back to the original payment method. "Lemon Squeezy" is an example. It is not a guarantee that Lemon Squeezy will be the processor, and it is not a promise that the processor's own refund window matches these 14 days. The approved policy has to name the real processor and follow that processor's rules.

Earlier drafts priced the software in INR and mentioned GST at 18% and UPI. Those statements are withdrawn pending review. This draft states the price only in USD. It does not state how tax is treated on a refund. Counsel needs to set that.
